The amount of the grant is $175,000.00. In order to obtain the funds, this agreement must be executed. Brown D i rector o' ' blic Works City Manager • K__,-/Printed on Recycled Paper RESOLUTION NO. 99-251 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. BTA 9/0-1 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a Local Agency-State Agreement No. BTA 9/0-1 for the Miller Avenue Bicycle Facility Improvement Project; and WHEREAS, all agencies are requested to execute this agreement; and WHEREAS, the provisions, terms, and conditions of the aforementioned agreement and supplement have been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney and the Director of Public Works. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Cupertino hereby authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Cupertino.
