MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETEWEEN
THE CITY OF CUPERTINO, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
AND
THE CITY OF GURO, REPUBLIC OF KOREA
The city of Cupertino, the United States of America and the city of Guro, Republic of Korea,
wishing to enhancing mutual understanding and friendship , expanding exchanges and
cooperation, agree to the following :
1. Prom oting friendship and goodwi ll based on respect and trust;
2. Canying out exchanges and cooperation in various fields such as economy, culture, education, etc ;
3. Supporting and cooperating in the issues concerning Guro -S ilicon Valley Investor Relations (IR) ;
4. Keeping in regular contact for discussion and consultation on various issues of mutual interest.
