SUBJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING MEETING ACTION LETTER – TM-2016-02, EA-2017-03
This letter confirms the decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer, given at the meeting of
December 14, 2017; approving an Tentative Map application to allow the subdivision of an
approximately .29 acre lot into two (2) parcels of approximately 6,000 square feet each and the
adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program
for a property located at 10206 and 10208 Orange Avenue, according to Resolution Nos. 84 and 85.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within two years, it shall expire on December 14,
2019.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date
of this decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be scheduled
before the Planning Commission.
