This agri::t:ment is entered into the °fil,, day of J.,\ M 20 J_Q_ by and between
CUP( i;,T IN ( CrTY lf-1}-LL (hereinatler called ··L ocation "') and
__._N--'-'=s"""-F-~1.:..1 _ _,l""""/=6-=f\_,.)'--"D"-'-I -'N-'c=~-----(hereinafter called ··Vendor"').
1. Location hereby agree to provide space for Healthy Vending Machine ('"Machines··) free
of conflict with similar or same equipment.
2. Machine(s) will be placed under a 60-day free trial. Whether or not you continue with the service,
there is never any cost to your company at any time.
3. Location agrees to use all reasonable effort to protect equipment while on provided space and to
not ify Vendor of any theft, abuse or any other damages .
4. In the event of busine ss closure or mo ve , Location will inform Vendor at least seven (7) days prior
to close of the location . ·-~
5. This agreeme nt can be cancelled by ei th er party by giving fou,rteen (14) days notice . Vendor may
take possession and remo ve his /her equipment for cause and in his /he-;: best interest.
6. Said Machines are and sha ll remain the sole propert y of the Vendor and therefore Vendor agrees to
maintain and service equipment as required, unkss otherwise agreed to by both parties .
7 . Vendor agrees to keep the Machine adequately filled and properly maintained.
8. The products offered in the Machine(s) will be determined by the Vendor based on the most popular
selling products in th e a rea, th e sales of new products pl aced in the Machines( ) and feedback from
the Location .
