SUBJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING MEETING ACTION LETTER – TM-2017-01
This letter confirms the decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer, given at the meeting of
November 20, 2018; approving an Tentative Map application to allow the subdivision of an
approximately .45 acre lot into two (2) parcels of approximately 8,512 and 11,068 square feet, for
the property located at 10400 S. Stelling Road, according to Resolution No(s).98.
Please be aware that if this permit is not used within two years, it shall expire on November 20,
2020.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date
of this decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be scheduled
before the Planning Commission.
