Should any dispute arise respecting the true Value of any Workk done, of any work omitted, or of any extra work.which the Contractor may be required to do, or respecting the size of any payment to the Contractor during the per:ormancc of this contract, said dispute shall be deter -mined either by reference to the wni t of prices, if applicable, or in accordance with the agreement of the parties, or in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association if the parties are unable to agree. 5. Bond Requirements Faithful Performance Bond - It will be necessary for the successful Contractor to furnish a faithful performance bond in the amount of the contract price. Fidelity Bond - The successful Contractor will be required to furnish a $2,000.00 bond on every employee performing work on City owned property. 18. Insurance . The Contractor shall not co:,-T.ence ,1orj.7 under this Contract until he has obtained all insurance under this parr�auirec3 �oraph and such insurance has been apprc:ved by the City, nor shall the Contractor alloi•r any subcontractor to com- mence ,-rork on his subcontract until all similar insurance re- quired of the subcontractor has. been so obtained and approved.
