80-056 Vallco Fashion Park Bus Transit FacilityHOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT By the acceptance of the sum of Twenty-nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Eight Dollars ($29,758.00), Vallco Fashion Park Venture hereby agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend the City of Cupertino against any and all claims made by any person as a result of the engineering and design of the bus transit facility at Vallco Fashion Park; to include but is not limited to the claims of DeLeuw, Cather & Company Donald Frischer & Associates Peter Kaldveer & Associates, Inc. Linscott, Law & Greenspan, Inc. Engineers MacFarlane, Schaefer & Haun George S. Nolte & Associates Michael Painter & Associates It is further agreed that by acceptance of the above sum, Vallco Fashion Park Venture also releases the City of Cupertino from any and all claims it may have as a result of said project.
