A - Ordinance 19-2182 second reading.pdfORDINANCE NO. 19-2182 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING REGULATIONS IN TITLE 2, ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 2.80, TO ALLOW UP TO FIVE (5) MEMBERS FOR THE FINE ARTS COMMISSION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Section 2.80.010 of the Cupertino Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: 2.80.010 Established. The Fine Arts Commission of the City is established. The Fine Arts Commission shall consist of five members, none of whom shall be officials or employees of the City, nor cohabit with as defined by law, nor be related by blood or marriage to any member of the Commission, the City Manager or the staff person(s) assigned to this Commission. At least three members shall be City of Cupertino residents. Members of the Fine Arts Commission shall be appointed by the City Council. Membership will be drawn to represent the arts, citizens and business community on an approximately equal basis. 2. The City Clerk shall cause this ordinance to be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City within 15 days after its adoption, in accordance with Government Code Section 36933, and shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause this ordinance and her certification, together with proof of publication, to be entered in the Book of Ordinances of the Council of this City.
