WHEREAS, CITY AND VALLCO PARK, LTD. entered into an 'R EN� �:7
on May 3, 1976, recorded on September 15, 1976, in the Offici;a oreV.]of o
the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book 0283, page 66 (the
"Agreement"), as amended by Amendment toAgreementdated as of April 1, 1977
,
and recorded concurrently herewith (the Agreement„ ).
I%THEREAS, the parties now wish to modify the Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreud by and between the parties
as follows:
CITY hereby quitclaims and releases to VALLCO I'ARK, LTU., and to
VALLCO CENTER, INC., all of its right, title and interest under the Agreement
hereinabove referred to insofar as said Agreement relaters to t1le real property
respectively owned by VALLCO PARK, LTD. and VAI.I.CO CENTER, INC., described in
E:.hihit "B” to said Agreement which is also attached as Exhibit "B" to this
Agreement and by this reference made a part hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said CITY has caused Its name to be hereunto
affixed by its Mayor and City Clerk, thereunto duly authorized by the City
Council and said DEVELOPER has hereunto caused it:; name to be affixed the day
and year first above written.
