The Committee requires at least one for one. The applicant agreed. ¡:¡ Sewer connection o The Sanitary Department has approved the preliminary concept of the sewer design. Will be located in the existing utility easement. ¡:¡ Geotechnical Investigation - Cotton Shires and Associates has reviewed the report. ¡:¡ Drainage needs to be addressed during the approval process.
