o Arborist Report
o Preservation of 5 existing trees
o Remove 17 due to construction, disease and hazardous conditions
o Minor grading on site will not affect long term tree health/growth
o Construction landscape plans will have several more trees planted
such that the end result will be more than 22 trees
o Soils Report
o Letter in file from SCVWD, dated May 5, 2000, states that the measures
taken to clean the soil after the (former) gas station closed down, were
successful
