SUBJECT: PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION LETTER—M-2020-001,ASA-2020-002
This letter confirms the decision of the Planning Commission, given at the meeting of October 27, 2020,
approving a Modification to a Use Permit (U-2011-09) to allow an expansion of operations by installing
two (2) hydrogen fueling dispensers and accessory utility structures and an Architectural and Site
approval for site improvements and landscaping to an existing gasoline service station (BSP Union),
located at 21530 Stevens Creek Boulevard, according to Planning Commission Resolution No.(s) 6911
and 6912.
Please be aware that if this Permit is not used within a two-year period, it shall expire on October 27,
2022.
Also, please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from the date of
the decision. If this happens,you will be notified of a public hearing, which will be scheduled before the
City Council.
