DATE OF RESCISSION:June 15, 2021
Effective 11:59 PM on June 15, 2021, Emergency Order No. 20-01 requiring members of
the public to wear face covering in specified situations is rescinded in full in accordance
with Section 2.40.060 of the Cupertino Municipal Code and Government Code section
8634.
