Gentlemen:
There ',is been filed with the City of Cupertino applications
for rezoning, by five individuals, to PC-H in the area of High-
way 9 and the Juni.pero Serra Freeway. These include Messrs.
Paul W riari, Donald A. Excell, Antonio R. Poso, Claude E. Rey-
nolds and Ralph G. Rodrigues.
The PC-H Ordinance requires a minimum development area of 25
acres, which requirement, only one of these applications meets.
It will therefore be necessary to consolidate these applica-
