Re: Regnart Creek Trail
Dear David:
As we have discussed, HMH proposes to provide the following additional service for your
project:
Splitting of Plan Set
HMH will take the current plan set and split it into two separate plans sets. Work related to
splitting the plans is as follows:
1)Remove/update the property line improvements in the Trail project.
2) Remove/update details of property line improvements in the Trail project.
3) Create a new plan set for the Fence project.
4) Remove/update the Trail project specifications to remove references to the fence
5) Create a new spec package for the Fence project.
6) Remove/update the Trail project estimate.
7) Create a new estimate for the Fence project.
8) Review improvements to be sure each project could stand alone if the other project was
delayed for an extended duration.
9) Provide miscellaneous support for scheduling and planning between the two projects –
phasing, timing & coordination.
Estimated fee $12,000.
All other terms of our original agreement remain unchanged.
Please provide us with a signed copy of this letter indicating your acceptance of these terms
and authorizing us to proceed.
