Reference is made to the Small Cell License Agreement commencing on June 26, 2017 (the "Agreement")
made by and between the City of Cupertino, CA and Mobilitie, LLC ("Mobilitie"). Pursuant to Section 2.3
of the Agreement, Mobilitie is electing its option to renew the agreement for an additional five-year term.
