PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California corporation, hereinafter
called PG&E, hereby quitclaims to the CITY OF CUPERTINO, a municipal corporation of the
State of California the real property, situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, described as follows:
1. The easement and rights granted to PG&E by Fremont Union High School
District of Santa Clara County, dated April 27, 1964 and recorded in Book 6606
of Official Records at Page 30, Santa Clara County Records insofar as said
rights affect the parcel of land described in Exhibit "A" and shown upon Exhibit
"B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. The easement and rights granted to PG&E by Fremont Union High School
District of Santa Clara County, dated June 2, 1970 and recorded in Book 9169
of Official Records at Page 423, Santa Clara County Records insofar as said
rights affect the parcel of land described in Exhibit "A" and shown upon Exhibit
"B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3. The easement and rights granted to PG&E by Fremont Union High School
District of Santa Clara County, dated May 11, 1996 and recorded as Recorder's
Serial Number 18974778, Santa Clara County Records insofar as said rights
affect the parcel of land described in Exhibit "A" and shown upon Exhibit `B"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The real property hereby quitclaimed is no longer necessary or useful to PG&E in the
performance by it of its duties to the public.

To be Quitclaimed
Being portions of those certain Pacific Gas & Electric Easements situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California as recorded on August 3, 1964 in
Book 6606, Page 30, on December 28, 1970 in Book 9169, Page 423 and also on June 14,
2006 as Document Number 18974778, Santa Clara County Records being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly right-of-way of the lands of the State of California
at the southwest corner of the Lands of the City of Cupertino as described in that
Quitclaim Deed recorded on November 4, 2010 as Document Number 20943339, Santa
Clara County Records;
Thence along the southerly line of said Lands of the City of Cupertino, North 76°07'42"
East a distance of 10.00 feet;
Thence leaving said southerly line and continuing along the northerly and westerly lines
of said Lands the following two (2) courses and distances;
1. South 84°35'55"West 9.72 feet;
2. South 00°52'43"West 1.48 feet to the Point of Beginning and affecting all of the
Lands of the City of Cupertino as described in said Quitclaim Deed.
