PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California corporation, hereinafter
called PG&E, hereby quitclaims to the CITY OF CUPERTINO, a municipal corporation of the
State of California the real property, situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, described as follows:
The easement and rights granted to PG&E by Cupertino Union School District
of Santa Clara County, dated November 26, 1963 and recorded in Book 6371 of
Official Records at Page 88, Santa Clara County Records insofar as said rights
affect the parcel of land described in Exhibit "A" and shown upon Exhibit "B"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. The easement and rights granted to PG&E by Cupertino Union School District
of Santa Clara County, dated July 28, 1970 and recorded in Book 9169 of
Official Records at Page 429, Santa Clara County Records insofar as said rights
affect the parcel of land described in Exhibit "A" and shown upon Exhibit "B"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The real property hereby quitclaimed is no longer necessary or useful to PG&E in the
performance by it of its duties to the public.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Pacific Gas & Electric Easements To Be Quitclaimed
All those certain Easements situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California recorded on February 3, 1964 in Book 6371, page 88 and on December 28, 1970 in
Book 9169, page 429 of Official Records being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the Lands of the City of Cupertino as recorded on March 21,
2012, Document Number 21591730 of Official Records and being on the northerly right-of-way
line of the Lands of the State of California;
Thence along said northerly right-of-way line, South 76°07'42" West, 150.00 feet to a point on
the easterly line of the Homestead Woods, Tract No. 5722, filed for record on September 16,
1975 in Book 361 of Maps at pages 33 and 34, Santa Clara County Records;
Thence leaving said northerly right-of-way line and continuing along said easterly line, North
05°03'05" East, 10.57 feet;
Thence leaving said easterly line and continuing along a line parallel with and distant 10.00 feet
northerly measured at right angles from said northerly right-of-way line, North 76°07'42" East,
149.20 feet to a point on the easterly line of said Lands of the City of Cupertino;
Thence along said easterly line, South 00052'43" West, 10.34 feet to the Point of Beginning.
