The City of Cupertino owns the parcels and anticipates using them for public park and open space purposes in the future, consistent with the current and proposed land use designations and zoning/pre-zoning designations of both cities. Additionally, the proposal area includes a portion of the San Tomas Aquino -Saratoga Creek Trail which is currently maintained by the City of Cupertino.
